s: esta entrevista, usted ya sabrá, tiene por objetivo el seleccionar personal capacitado en ventas e industria para nuestra empresa Rockwell Automation. ¿Cómo se entero de la búsqueda del empleo?

l: Yo me enteré a través del periódico

s: Bueno entonces comenzemos ¿ tiene usted alguna experiencia de trabajo o actividades en relaciones sociales?

l: claro que sí, yo me desempeñe durante seis años en cargos y en empresas internacionales que requerían de mucha habilidad en el trato con personas.

s: la empresa esta buscando un ingeniero eléctrico o civil con un cien por ciento de disponibilidad ¿ usted esta dispuesto a cumplir este requisito?

l: sí, absolutamente. En este momento no estoy trabajando, ya que llegue de canadá al país hace tres meses, en donde me desempeñe como gerente de CLEI. Y ahora pienso quedarme en Chile.

s: Entonces ¿ usted no tendría ningún impedimento para viajar cuando sea necesario?

l: No, ya que no tengo compromisos afectivos ni tampoco hijos.

s: mmmmm, ¡ qué bien ! ¿Con quién vive?

l:Ahora yo estoy viviendo con un amigo en un departamento que ambos arrendamos y ¿ usted con quién vive?

s: yo vivo sola.Pero no nos alejemos del tema ¿ usted padece de alguna enfermedad crónica?

l: No, pero sufro de constantes alergias en primavera, las cuales controlo con medicamentos y no afectan mi desempeño laboral.

s:¿ cómo usted prefiere trabajar en equipo o sólo?

l: En equipo, porque esto complementa mi trabajo.

s:¿ Usted posee de algunas herramientas para desempeñar este trabajo?

l: mmm ¿ De qué tipo de herramientas estamos hablando? ¿ computadores, vehículos, documentos de información?

s: Sí.

l: aa!! okey. Sí, tengo dos computadores, un jeep a y también un departamento en New York.

s: perfecto. Acá en su curriculum veo que usted tiene una experiencia laboral amplia en cargos muy elevados ¿ en cuál de estos cargos se sintió usted más cómodo?

l: yo creo que cuando trabaje como coordinador internacional de informática y eléctrica porque pude relacionarme con personas y así ampliar mis conocimientos en el tema.

s: por último ¿ por qué usted cree que es el mejor candidato para este puesto?

l: porque tengo experiencia y soy soltero sin compromiso.

How did you know about the employment?

l: I found it out in the newspaper

s: Well then start you have some track or activities in social relationships?

l: of course, I act during six years in positions and in international companies that required of a lot of skill in the treatment with people.

s: the company is looking for an electric or civil engineer with one hundred percent of availability . Do you fulfill this requirement?

l: yes, absolutely. At this time I am not working, because I arrive three months ago from Canadá , where I acted as manager of CLEI and now I plan to stay in Chile.

s: Would you have any impediment to travel when it is necessary?

l: No, because I don't have affective commitments neither children.

s: mmmmm, how well! Who do you live with?

l: I am living now with a friend in a department that both we rent and Who do you live with ?

s: I live alone. But don't let us move away from the theme Do you suffer of some chronic illness?

l: No, but I suffer of constant allergies in spring, which I control with medications and they don't affect my labor acting.

l: In team, because this complements my work.
