There are authorized to be appropriated such sums as the Congress

may from time to time determine to be necessary to enable the

Secretary to carry out the provisions of this chapter.

AMENDMENTS

1973 - Pub. L. 93-155 substituted provisions respecting

authorization of appropriations, for prior provisions respecting

acceptance of plants by Administrator of General Services,

disposition of plants, and conditions of lease, now covered in

section 453 of this title.
