V(UI/ml)= (A/*l )*(1/t)*(V/v)*Fd
A= Absorvancia del tubo menos la absorvancia del control
*l =Pendiente de la curva de calibrado (8.60)
t = Tiempo (5 Min)
V= volumen del ensayo (E+S)
V= volumen de enzima (0.1 ml)
Fd = factor dilucion del ensayo =volumen total/volumen de ensayo
Fd=3ml/0.9+0.1=3
